About Qsymia Engage

What are the eligibility requirements for Qsymia Engage?

You must be 18 or older to participate in the Qsymia Engage Home Delivery Pharmacy Program and receive the requested product. You must have a valid email address. You must have a prescription for Qsymia submitted to Medvantx by your Healthcare Provider. You must have a valid physical mailing address in the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Qsymia Engage Home Delivery Pharmacy Program requires a valid method of payment, credit or debit card, at time of product shipment. Checks or cash are not acceptable means of payment.

The Qsymia Engage Home Delivery Pharmacy Program is a cash-only program and does not process insurance claims. Patients or caregivers MAY NOT SUBMIT any purchase made through the Home Delivery Pharmacy program for reimbursement to any state or federal government healthcare program, and it cannot be applied towards your true out-of-pocket expenses.

Why can’t I claim Qsymia Engage purchases or expenses via insurance?

The Qsymia Engage Home Delivery Pharmacy Program is a cash-only program and does not process insurance claims. Patients or caregivers MAY NOT SUBMIT any purchase made through the Home Delivery Pharmacy program for reimbursement to any state or federal government healthcare program, and it cannot be applied towards true your out-of-pocket expenses.

How do the 6-Week New Patient and Titration packs work?

6-Week New Patient Pack
If you are a new patient, your doctor may have selected the 6-week New Patient Pack (a combination of the 14-day starter dose plus a 30-day prescription of Qsymia). The 6-week New Patient Pack gives you a 44-day supply of Qsymia but you pay only $98 for the 30-day prescription.*

6-Week Titration Pack
For continuing patients, your doctor may have prescribed a 30-day supply of Qsymia with a specified number of refills. They may have selected a 6-week Titration Pack (a combination of the 14-day titration dose plus a 30-day prescription of the highest dose Qsymia). The 6-week Titration Pack gives you a 44-day supply of Qsymia but you pay only $98 for the 30-day prescription.*

Regardless of which pack you order, it is important that you only take one Qsymia pill, once per day.

How do I manage my profile and personal health information authorization?

VIVUS respects your privacy and personal health information. As part of program registration, users are required to review and provide an electronic signature — authorizing Medvantx to share their personal health information with VIVUS. Upon registering, a copy of this Health Information Release will be emailed to you to keep for your records. Please email [email protected] if you wish to amend or revoke this authorization. Amending or revoking this authorization will unenroll you from the Qsymia Engage program.

How do I take advantage of the exclusive $98 pricing for all doses of Qsymia?

The exclusive flat-dose pricing of $98 is only available to registered users of Qsymia Engage whose doctors send their Qsymia prescriptions to Medvantx, the certified pharmacy partner for Qsymia.

Do you need a Qsymia prescription sent to Medvantx?

Speak with your doctor about the program. Please ask your doctor to visit Qsymia.com/prescribe to learn more about Qsymia Engage. There is a step-by-step guide to prescribing Qsymia for the Home Delivery Pharmacy program.

Ordering Qsymia via the Home Delivery Pharmacy is online only — the program does not support placing orders via phone.

What shipping options are available for my prescription?

Qsymia Engage provides customers three shipping options. The following lists the shipping and handling costs based on how an order is placed:

Standard Shipping: You can expect your medication in 5 to 7 business days. Standard shipping includes PO Box and Saturday delivery.

Expedited Shipping: You can expect your medication in 1 or 2 business days depending on your shipping choice.

There is no PO Box or Saturday delivery for expedited orders.

How do I manage my profile and personal health information authorization?

VIVUS respects your privacy and personal health information. As part of program registration, users are required to review and provide an electronic signature — authorizing Medvantx to share their personal health information with VIVUS. Upon registering, a copy of this Health Information Release will be emailed to you to keep for your records. If you wish to revoke this authorization, you may delete your profile. Please be aware that deleting your profile will unenroll you from the Qsymia Engage Program and remove all of your personal information from our system. This action can not be undone. If you wish to renew your participation at a later date, you will need to set up a new account.

It is easy to access these materials as well as all your prescription, order and pharmacy account information. Simply log into your Qsymia Engage account and click on the Home Delivery Pharmacy link. This will take you to your secure, My Pharmacy Dashboard page. From there you can access your account and orders, as well as pharmacy frequently asked questions and support resources.

What is your return/refund policy?

Medvantx has extensive FAQs to support you through the entire ordering process and the home delivery pharmacy.

All sales are final and non-refundable. We will, however, accept for return and exchange unopened products damaged in transit (proof of damage required).

Qsymia is indicated for patients 12 years of age and older. However, you must be 18 years or older to register for the Qsymia Engage Home Delivery Program and receive the requested product. If you are between 12-17 years of age, a caregiver must sign up on your behalf.

As of April 1, 2020 standard shipping and handling is now FREE on all 90-day web orders placed via the Qsymia Engage Home Delivery Pharmacy. 90-day prescriptions are not permitted in all states. Check with your healthcare provider.
